The primary function of the Scheduling Support Unit in the Office of the University Registrar is to schedule general assignment classrooms for instruction.
This Online Scheduling Guide serves as reference material for departmental staff with scheduling responsibilities. The guide contains scheduling functions and procedures necessary to do an accurate electronic submission of course information through the Banner scheduling form ZSADEPT.
Access to ZSADEPT allows the department schedulers two opportunities each quarter to update course schedule information online. Updating capabilities for course scheduling are made during the “open window” timeframes coordinated with departments by the Scheduling Coordinator in the Office of the University Registrar.
Continuous “open access” to the instructor block in ZSADEPT for updating instructor information is provided to allow departments flexibility in updating instructor assignments as needed. Update access to the instructor block is available through the last day of instruction.
