MyHub Self-Service Certificates
Effective fall 2025, MyHub self-service certificates (verifications) are available through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Self-service certificates provide information regarding enrollment status, including the student’s name, start & end dates of the selected term, and expected graduation date.
What has changed?
- Student can now use the MyHub portal located within their MyUCDavis to order certificates on demand.
- Enrollment history certificates are currently available.
- Current term enrollment certificates will become available during the 3rd week of Fall instruction.
- Alumni/former students can access the MyHub portal to view their enrollment history reported through NSC.
What remains the same?
- Verification needs beyond MyHub certificates will be produced by the Office of University Registrar.
- The Verification request form remains available on our website and can be submitted to registrar@ucdavis.edu.
- Certificates produced through the MyHub portal are free to all students.
