Official academic transcripts are printed on security paper and display detailed information regarding courses, quarters enrolled, grades, and grade point average. - Education Verifications
Verification letters are official documents printed on letterhead and include our legal seal and the University Registrar’s signature. The letter can contain other specific information such as GPA, enrollment history, or full or part-time student status. - Diplomas
Diplomas are available twelve weeks after the conclusion of the quarter you filed to graduate. - AggieCard
The student AggieCard is the official identification at UC Davis. Students are required to show their AggieCard to any staff or faculty who request student identification. - Notary
The Office of the University Registrar provides free notary services to UC Davis students and alumni for official documents produced or distributed by the Office of the University Registrar.

Official Privacy Notice and Options
- Student's Right to Privacy
Under the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and the State of California Education Code, and UC system-wide policy and procedures, students have the right to protect their privacy. Students have the right to confidentiality of student records, access to their own records, and the right to petition to correct these records.
