Military Tuition Assistance

If you will be receiving Tuition Assistance through a branch of service as a reservist, active duty, or ROTC member while attending UC Davis, the Office of the University Registrar can assist.

To Use Benefits at UC Davis

  1. Email the approval form to sponsor@ucdavis.edu and cc ourveterans@ucdavis.edu.
  2. Apply through UC Davis Third Party Contract.
    1. The third-party authorization must be filled out once yearly, no later than June for the academic year.
    2. Select the academic year and all terms (i.e., Fall, Winter, Spring) for that year.
    3. Enter your counselor's information: Billing person, phone, email etc.
    4. Only select the items covered by your sponsor.
    5. The Sponsor UCD ID# that you will enter is 918930673. Note that your CH 31 Sponsor Fee Credit will not post to your account until you have completed the third-party authorization.
  3. Submit the following documentation through the OUR Veterans Portal:
