Notary Services

The Office of the University Registrar provides free notary services to UC Davis students and alumni for official documents produced or distributed by the Office of the University Registrar. A notarization provided by the Office of the University Registrar confirms that the document is an official document issued by the Office of the University Registrar. The notarization has no effect on the contents of the document. Notarized documents are mailed to you or anywhere you direct. If you are designating a person to pick-up the notarized document(s) on your behalf, please provide a signed release authorizing the issuance of the document to the designated person along with a copy of your photo ID. The designee needs to provide a valid photo ID for identification purposes. There is no in-person notarization nor rush notarization service.
