Access Denied

If you do not have the appropriate permissions to access an audit or perform a specific action, you may receive an “Access Denied” error. If you believe you should have access based on your assigned role in OASIS Role Manager, contact the Degree Audit unit for assistance.

No Degree Program Found Matching

If a student is enrolled in a major or minor that has not been encoded, or if the program’s catalog year is not available in the system, an error message may appear when opening the audit, such as “No Degree Program Found Matching…”

If the issue appears to be related to catalog year availability, first verify that the major or minor existed during the student’s catalog year. If the issue is not related to the catalog year, contact the Degree Audit Unit for further assistance.

No Student Was Found with that ID

If you receive a “No student was found with that ID” message, first verify that the student ID was entered correctly. If the ID is correct and the audit still does not return results, contact the Degree Audit Unit. A Banner data loading issue may require further investigation.
