Staff access the Degree Audit through:
- A student’s OASIS record.
- uAchieve.
To use uAchieve, you must:
- Have a valid UC Davis LoginID and Kerberos credentials.
- Be assigned the appropriate role in OASIS Role Manager.
Permissions are based on your assigned role and may include:
- View-only access.
- Permission to enter exceptions.
Exception access is limited to the academic units and audit areas assigned to you in OASIS Role Manager.
All users must complete FERPA training and follow FERPA guidelines to help protect student information within the system.
