What is uAchieve?
uAchieve degree audit helps undergraduate students understand their degree requirements, track their academic progress, and explore additional or alternative programs of study.
The uAchieve degree audit evaluates university, college, major, and minor requirements, giving advisors a clear view of a student’s academic progress.
The audit shows:
- Completed and in-progress coursework.
- Requirements that have been satisfied.
- Remaining requirements and guidance for completing them.
Students and advisors share the same real-time view of the audit, supporting transparency and assisting informed advising conversations.
uAchieve integrates directly with Banner Student Information System. Each time an audit is generated, it reflects the most current information in the student record. Audit data also supports the degree certification process by helping determine completion status of requirements.
The degree audit is a valuable resource before, during, and after advising appointments, as well as throughout the degree certification process. It helps students and advisors track progress and identify outstanding requirements in real time. While uAchieve is an important advising tool, it should be used alongside the university catalog, academic advising, and the degree certification process—not as a replacement for them.
The Degree Audit unit works extensively to maintain the accuracy and reliability of audit data. This includes aligning requirements with the official catalog, conducting internal reviews, collaborating with advisors, and making regular updates to reflect curriculum changes. Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, discrepancies can occasionally occur due to the complexity of academic requirements or data interpretation. If you notice an inconsistency or have questions about an audit, please contact the Degree Audit unit so the issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly. Some issues may require coordination with our vendor or collaboration with IET.
