10th Day of Instruction - January 23rd

  • Last day to petition for Part Time status.
  • Last day to petition for the Employee-Student Reduced Fee.
  • Last day to file for PELP.
  • Last day to drop designated 10-day drop courses.

20th Day of Instruction - February 6th

  • Last day to drop designated 20-day drop courses.

25th Day of Instruction - February 13th

  • Last day to opt for P/NP or S/U grading.
  • Last day to change units of a variable unit course.

Graduate Student Final Fee Payment Deadline - March 2nd

Deadline to use PTA's - March 17th

Deadlines for Department Schedulers:

Winter 2017

  • Please submit adjustments as early as possible.
  • Course-related reservations begin on January 16th.
  • Final exam week reservations begin on February 27th.
  • Instructor block remains open for editing through the last day of instruction.

Spring 2017

  • Class and final exam schedule posted online January 30th.
  • Please submit adjustments as early as possible.
  • Instructor block remains open for editing through the last day of instruction.

Summer 2017

  • Final schedule review (no maintenance access) February 6-10.
  • Instructor block remains open for editing through the last day of instruction, except Special Session.

Fall 2017

  • Initial round of department maintenance access concludes on January 13th.
  • Final round of department maintenance access is January 23-27.
  • Instructor block remains open for editing through the last day of instruction.

Do You Know That Prerequisite Checking Continues for Spring 2017?

For spring 2017, Schedule Builder will include prerequisite checking, at the point of registration, for the College of Engineering and the College of Biological Sciences. This is the second phase of prerequisite checking implementation on campus as outlined last year by the Academic Senate.



Office Hours for ICMS

The Committee on Courses of Instruction and the ICMS Team will be holding office hours on Wednesday, January 25th from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. in Mrak 410. All users (initiators, department chairs, and review committee members) are welcome to attend.

New Staff Changes

  • Kylie Podskoff has been hired as the ASU Business Analyst. She will take over the technical/functional responsibilities of working on the Cross Campus Enrollment project with SAOT and UCOP.
  • Angelina Tran has been hired as a Grade Change Deputy/Residence Deputy with the Compliance Unit.
