If you will be receiving Tuition Assistance through a branch of service as a reservist, active duty or ROTC member while attending UC Davis, the Office of the University Registrar can assist.

Step 1: Get approval from your branch's educational office.

Email the approval form to sponsor@ucdavis.edu and cc ourveterans@ucdavis.edu.
Step 2: Complete the online third-party authorization form.

Instructions
The third-party authorization must be filled out once yearly, no later than June for the academic year.
- Select the academic year and all terms (e.g., Fall, Winter, Spring) for that year.
- Enter your counselor's information: Billing person, phone, email, etc.
- Select only the items covered by your sponsor.
- Enter the Sponsor UCD ID# as 918930673. Note that your Sponsor Fee Credit does not post to your account until you have completed the third-party authorization.
Step 3: Submit intake form at OUR Veterans Portal.
