Undergraduate Petitions for Late Drop and Late Pass/No Pass Grading

The Office of the University Registrar has been partnering with the College Dean’s Offices and the Online Advising Student Information Systems (OASIS team) to transition the paper Petition for Late Drop and Late Pass/No Pass Grading Option to an online form.

Depending on the College, some students will be able to access the online forms directly from the Office of the University Registrar’s website, MyUCDavis, and OASIS. All other students will be directed to their Dean’s Office for advising and their advisors will initiate the form and forward it to the student, as appropriate. As a result of this change, the Undergraduate Course Change Form has been changed so that opting for a late Pass/No Pass grade option is no longer a paper process.

As we shared during the Spring Liaison meeting, the online form will be available in OASIS on the first day of spring quarter instruction - April 3, 2017. The Spring Department Liaison Meeting presentation slides provide additional details and are posted on the OUR Faculty/Staff web page (
