Fall 2014

10th Day of Instruction - October 15th

  • Last day to petition for Part Time status.
  • Last day to petition for the Employee-Student Reduced Fee.
  • Last day to file for PELP.
  • Last day to drop designated 10-day drop courses.

20th Day of Instruction - October 29th

  • Last day to drop designated 20-day drop courses.

25th Day of Instruction - November 5th

  • Last day to opt for P/NP or S/U grading.
  • Last day to change units of a variable unit course.

Graduate Student Final Fee Payment Deadline - November 20th

Deadline to use PTA's - December 12th

Deadline to use PTD's - December 12th

Did You Know that Degree Navigator is No More?

Effective May 30th, links to the Degree Navigator system on the University Registrar's website were redirected and have been removed from other campus websites.

The redirected web pages will send students and prospective students to the catalog, college advising, and MyUCDavis for assistance in determining their degree requirements or progress.

Degree Navigator served its purpose for our campus for 14 years, which is a pretty good life for an application. The University Registrar’s Office wishes to thank those who have tirelessly maintained the system over the years.

Registration  Holds for Missing SLRs

All new students, in state-supported programs, are required to submit a Statement of Legal Residence (SLR). In order to ensure compliance of all  students, the UC Office of the General Counsel has strongly encouraged that all students who fail to comply with posted deadlines be issued registration holds until the SLR is submitted.

New undergraduate students for the Fall 2014 quarter who failed to meet posted SLR deadlines were issued registration holds. Once students comply with the SLR submission requirement, SLR registration holds are automatically removed pending university system updates.

E-Transcripts Now Available

The Office of the University Registrar is excited to announce that e-transcripts are now available!

Alumni order directly through Credentials Solutions, Inc.

Current UC Davis students also use the Credentials Solutions, Inc. ordering service, but they may go through SISWeb to CAS authenticate and directed to the Credentials Solutions, Inc. ordering services.

For rush delivery, Federal Express is only available when placing an online order. There is a fee for Federal Express delivery.
