Ordering Official UC Davis Transcripts
Order Your Transcript | Cost | Availability | Holds | Transcript Contents An official record of each student's academic work at UC Davis is permanently retained by the Office of the University Registrar. Copies of Official Transcripts, upon a student's written request, will be mailed to institutions, agencies and individuals or provided to the student in a sealed envelope. We do not fax Official Transcripts. The Office of the University Registrar does not have unofficial transcripts. |

Order Your TranscriptOrder your transcript online via SISWeb. Current Students may now order transcripts online by logging into SISWeb. Faxed signed authorization will not be required. Authentication is carried out when you log on to SISWeb using your username, Student ID and Kerberos password. For using this service, there is an additional surcharge to the transcript fee. Order your transcript online. Non-current students, alumni, and current students may order transcripts online through Credentials, Inc. For using this service, there is an additional surcharge to the transcript fee. Order by mail. Complete the Transcript Request form and mail to the address below. The Transcript Request form may not be faxed or submitted in place of the online signed authorization release form. Cashier's Office
University of California, Davis Pay by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Make check or money order payable to UC Regents. For verification purposes, you will be notified, via e-mail, within 48 hours of receiving your transcript request. In person at the Cashier's Office. Bring your completed Transcript Request form to main level Dutton Hall; 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. (PST); Monday-Friday; pay by cash, check, or money order. Cost$15.00 for each transcript. Rush service costs $25.00 for each transcript. Rush transcripts will be processed and mailed within one business day after receipt of your request prior to 12:00 p.m. (PST) and shipped via U.S. Postal Service 1st class mail. Please note: If there is a Hold on your student record, this may delay processing your request. AvailabilityCurrent quarter grades will be on your transcript 3 to 5 weeks after the quarter ends. Degree postings will be on your transcript 8 to 10 weeks after the quarter ends. Rush requests are not allowed for transcripts being held for grades or degree posting. HoldsHolds must be removed from your record (including student accounting, housing or judicial holds) before a transcript may be issued. For more information, call (530) 752-3639. AttachmentsIf you include attachments with your form, such an AMCAS or an insurance form, they will be included with the transcript. Transfer WorkTransfer transcripts are reviewed by Undergraduate Admissions. They determine which classes are transferable and the number of units which can transfer. The Office of the University Registrar posts that information to a student’s record. This may take until the end of the quarter that the student submitted the transfer transcript. However, only the name of the school and the number of units transferred shows on the official transcript.
