Readmission Checklist
__ 1. A Statement of Legal Residence is still required as part of your readmission. Print the form http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/PDFFiles/D059StatementofLegalResidence.pdf and return it to the Office of the University Registrar in 12 Mrak Hall. __ 2. Official transfer transcripts must be received by your Dean’s Office (see the appropriate Web site for the Dean’s Office address) and:
It may take at least one quarter after your readmit quarter for these transcripts to be evaluated. __ 3. Contact the appropriate department if you have any of the following hold(s) on your account:
__ 4. Campus Computing Account—Three to four days after you receive your approval from the Dean’s Office you should activate or check on the status of your campus computing account at the Information and Educational Technology Web site; http://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/. It may take up to 48 hours for your activated account to be accessible to you. __ 5. Registration process—Register via SISWeb at http://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/. After your campus computing account is activated, check the Academic Calendar to see when your registration appointment times will be available.
__ 6. Pay Fees—check your account balance at http://mybill.ucdavis.edu. You will not receive a paper bill. If you have not enrolled by the end of Pass I registration, you may check your account summary on SISWeb the day after you enroll. To avoid being dropped from your classes for non-payment, please remember to pay your student fees by the fee payment deadline. Please review the Class Schedule and Registration Guide or see http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/academic_calendar.html for fee payment deadlines and other important dates. You may pay by one of the following methods:
__ 7. Account Balance—If there is a balance due on your account from your previous attendance, that balance is due and payable with your current enrollment fees. If that balance is not resolved, you will be dropped from your courses. __ 11. Student Disability Center (SDC)—You may contact SDC regarding accommodations for your disability at (530) 752-3184; see http://sdc.ucdavis.edu.
