__ 1. A Statement of Legal Residence is still required as part of your readmission. Print the form http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/PDFFiles/D059StatementofLegalResidence.pdf and return it to the Office of the University Registrar in 12 Mrak Hall.

__ 2. Official transfer transcripts must be received by your Dean’s Office (see the appropriate Web site for the Dean’s Office address) and:

It may take at least one quarter after your readmit quarter for these transcripts to be evaluated.

__ 3. Contact the appropriate department if you have any of the following hold(s) on your account:

• ZF-Student Accounting Exit Interview Hold, call Student Account at (530) 752-5870.
• ZD-Student Accounting Long Term Loan Hold, call Student Account at (530) 752-7790.
• ZA-Student Accounting Past Due Hold, call Student Account at (530) 752-3646. You will be blocked from registering until this hold is removed.

__ 4. Campus Computing Account—Three to four days after you receive your approval from the Dean’s Office you should activate or check on the status of your campus computing account at the Information and Educational Technology Web site; http://computingaccounts.ucdavis.edu/. It may take up to 48 hours for your activated account to be accessible to you.

__ 5. Registration process—Register via SISWeb at http://sisweb.ucdavis.edu/. After your campus computing account is activated, check the Academic Calendar  to see when your registration appointment times will be available.

• Class Schedule and Registration Guide: see http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/csrg/ or purchase a hardcopy at UC Davis Bookstore.
• Check dates and hours of Web Registration at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/csrg/appointments.html. Please note that there is a Registration Freeze in place for two business days after the fee payment deadline. During this time no student will be able to access SISWeb to make registration changes.
  
  

__ 6. Pay Fees—check your account balance at http://mybill.ucdavis.edu. You will not receive a paper bill. If you have not enrolled by the end of Pass I registration, you may check your account summary on SISWeb the day after you enroll. To avoid being dropped from your classes for non-payment, please remember to pay your student fees by the fee payment deadline. Please review the Class Schedule and Registration Guide or see http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/academic_calendar.html for fee payment deadlines and other important dates. You may pay by one of the following methods:

• In person at Cashier’s Office in 1200 Dutton Hall, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
• Mail a check to:

Checks should include your student identification number and should be payable to UC Regents.  Fees must be received by the posted deadlines. Postmarks are not accepted.

• Electronic check (no transaction fee) or Discover credit card ($12 service fee per transaction) at http://mybill.ucdavis.edu.
  
  

__ 7. Account Balance—If there is a balance due on your account from your previous attendance, that balance is due and payable with your current enrollment fees. If that balance is not resolved, you will be dropped from your courses.

__ 10. Part-Time Degree Program—You may contact the Office of the University Registrar for more information regarding the Part Time Program at (530) 752-3639. This form is available at http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/office_of_the_registrar_forms.html; select Petition to Change Status.
