Under the direct supervision of the Senior Editor, the Integrated Curriculum Management System Analyst serves as a team member in providing analysis and functional support in the implementation of the Course Approval, Degree Audit, and Catalog Publishing Systems. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Curriculum Navigator: data analysis; reconciliation of catalog data elements to current Course Approval Form (CAF) system; analyze software test data and software test scenarios, perform test scenarios; analyze and document Curriculum Navigator functions for procedures and training; track and resolve software issues. ICMS: create test cases, system and integration testing, data analysis, issue tracking and resolution, documentation, and administrative support of the ICMS Suite and its tributary systems. Work
collaboratively with other team members and partners across campus to identify functional needs, report data integrity issues, and document system policies and procedures. Some filing and miscellaneous administrative tasks, as needed.

Position is a part of a campus-wide team that will implement a new course, catalog, and degree audit software tool. Provide functional analysis on Curriculum Navigator project related to the course approval, catalog publishing system, and appropriate student information systems. Primary responsibilities include testing, problem resolution, and documentation of the systems that addresses the business needs of the academic and administrative units. Works collaboratively with colleges and schools to identify functional needs and communicate solutions, develop testing plans, and implement appropriate training tools.
