Banner Student Information System

The Banner Student Information System is a computerized database of UC Davis student information organized into several modules, including Admissions, Registration, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Financial Aid, and Graduate Student Data.

Banner Access

Access to student information in the Banner system is available to anyone who has a legitimate educational need or institutional business purpose.

To access Banner, you must first complete the approval process, identify your specific data needs, and receive training in how to use the Banner system.

You will need a PC or Mac computer, connectivity hardware/software, and a password security hard token.

If you need to access the Banner Student Information System, please fill out this form or request an application from the Access Coordinator in the Office of the University Registrar.

Banner Access Types

Online Query Access permits you to view applicant/student information in the Admissions, Student Aid Accounting, and Registrar modules.

Class Rosters via the Web and Electronic Grading Rosters are available to faculty and departmental personnel.
