All students must have a valid driver’s license, or other form of valid photo ID, to have a UC Davis photo ID card produced. Personal Access Code (PAC)Your Personal Access Code (PAC) protects your privacy. A PAC is a six-digit code used in combination with the student ID number to provide each student with a unique and confidential “password” to use registration services. New students are sent a PAC. When you first log on to SISWeb, you are required to change your assigned PAC to a six-digit number of your own choosing. Remember your PAC and keep it private! You will use your PAC for future registration. You may change your PAC at any time by selecting the Student Records Information menu in SISWeb. If you forget your PAC, you must come in person to the Office of the University Registrar and present a photo ID to obtain the correct number. This information will not be given out over the telephone. Although you cannot enroll in courses before your appointment time, SISWeb is available before your appointment time to change your assigned PAC to a PAC of your own choosing. back to topPrivacy ReleaseUsing SISWeb, by the 10th day of instruction—Spring 08: Apr 11; Fall 08: Oct 8, you may request that your addresses, including e-mail address and telephone listings, or all personally identifiable information from your records not be regarded as public information.
