Graduate students at UC Davis have the opportunity to work with and learn from accomplished faculty, recognized for their contributions to research in their fields. The Office of Graduate Studies oversees nearly 90 graduate programs leading to master's or doctoral degrees, which together enroll more than 4,000 graduate students. Many graduate programs are offered through graduate groups, an interdisciplinary concept that allows students to study and work in interrelated areas to broaden their intellectual experiences; see Graduate Studies.
Professional Study
UC Davis has three professional schools—the School of Law (J.D.),
the School of Medicine (M.D.) and the School of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.,
M.P.V.M.)—and the Graduate School of Management offers the M.B.A.
