Late Payment of Registration Fees with Penalty
Final day to pay registration fees with penalty
Winter 2010: Jan 15
If you did not pay your fees by the registration fee payment deadline and you were dropped from all your classes, you can re-enroll after the Registration Freeze, Dec 29–Dec 30; 11:59 a.m, is lifted. Once you have enrolled in at least one course a non-refundable late registration fee will be added to your fees. Your payment must include the late fee, registration fees and any outstanding financial obligations to the university by the late fee payment deadline.
Fees may be paid Jan 5–Jan 15 at the Cashier’s Office during normal business hours; Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 24 hours a day at https://mybill.ucdavis.edu.
You must pay all fees and outstanding debts plus the Late Registration Fee by 4:00 p.m. at the Cashier's Office, in Dutton Hall or at https://mybill.ucdavis.edu by 11:59 p.m. If you do not pay your fees by this deadline, your registration will be cancelled, all of your courses will be administratively withdrawn and fees for the first 10 days of instruction will be charged to your account. If you are administratively withdrawn, you will need to apply for readmission for a future quarter and pay the $60.00 readmission application fee.
If you wish to cancel or withdraw from all enrolled courses, you will be liable for fees based on the date your Cancellation/Withdrawal Form is received to the Office of the University Registrar; see Fee Refunds.
Postmarks will not be honored when submitting fee payments by mail. Fees must be paid in the Cashier's Office before the deadline.
For more information about the Drop for Non-Payment Process, see http://registrar.ucdavis.edu/html/npn_faq.html.
